AI call minutes
Fair limits, no surprises.
AI call analysis has a real processing cost, so every plan includes a monthly pool of minutes. If you need more, top-ups are instant.
- Minutes are pooled across your team, so busier executives can use more.
- Only connected calls longer than 30 seconds are analysed. Missed calls and wrong numbers never use minutes.
- Smart defaults: first call with a new lead, site-visit calls, and any call your team flags.
- Alerts at 80% and 100% usage, with one-tap top-ups.
- If minutes run out, nothing stops. Calls are still logged; only AI summaries pause.
- Top-up minutes stay valid for the rest of your billing year.

Pricing questions
What does founding price mean?
The first 100 customers pay the founding price for as long as they stay subscribed, even after list prices apply to new customers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
Do channel partners pay to use KEZO?
Channel partners invited by a Developer plan customer get free basic logins. Brokers who want their own CRM can choose Solo, Team or Office.
Is GST included?
No. All prices exclude 18% GST, which appears separately on your invoice.
What happens when AI minutes run out?
Nothing stops. Calls are still logged; only AI summaries pause until your next cycle or a top-up.
